The Story Of Las Marías
Long before guests arrived, this was already a place where family gathered around the table.
Farm Las Marías has been part of our family story since 1931.
For generations, this land has been a place of work, family gatherings and shared meals around the table.
The name Las Marías honors the women of our family — grandmothers, mothers and daughters — who helped shape the traditions that continue here today.
Many of the stories, recipes and values shared with our guests have been passed down through those generations.
Today, María José and Rafa open the doors of the farm to visitors from around the world, inviting them to experience a small piece of that family tradition.
The paella we cook today is inspired by the one Rafa's mother and grandmother prepared for family gatherings many years ago.
A simple recipe. A family tradition. A shared table.
Many arrive as visitors.
Many leave feeling they have spent the day with friends
María José
The Heart of Farm Las Marías
When guests arrive at Farm Las Marías, the first person they meet is María José.
With warmth, humor and genuine hospitality, she welcomes visitors into the farm and shares the stories, traditions and family memories that make this place special.
For many guests, María José is not simply a host. She is one of the reasons the experience feels so personal, authentic and memorable.
By the end of the afternoon, many visitors feel less like customers and more like friends gathered around a family table.
Rafa, Roque & Mulata

Today, he shares those stories and traditions with guests, helping keep alive a way of life that has been part of Farm Las Marías for generations.
Roque and Mulata, the farm's friendly dogs, are also part of the welcome and often become favorites among visitors.
